‘Leading-Managing’ is responsible for the overall project management of CONEXUS and its lasting legacy.

Objectives:
Lead: provide leadership to work effectively, to deliver widely-used results and to ensure lasting Impacts.
Manage: coordinate project processes, reports and interdependencies to ensure high quality deliverables.
Develop plans for a leadership programme.
‘Leading-Managing’ is responsible for the overall coordination of Conexus. It will ensure effective and efficient leadership of the project and partnership, by setting up consortium structures, establishing project management systems, managing the project budget and reporting to partners.
This will secure the long term impacts and legacy of the project through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and the dissemination of the project results.
